Basic recurring clean
A general maintenance clean scheduled on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly). A initial deep clean may be required prior to scheduling a basic recurring clean.
• High and low dusting as needed
• Dust window sills and ledges as needed
• Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures as needed
• Clean mirrors • Sanitize door handles and light switches
• Clean kitchen appliances on the outside (microwave is cleaned on the inside as well)
• Clean kitchen countertop and sink
• Spot clean outside of kitchen cabinets/drawers and backsplash
• Clean bathroom counter, mirror, sink, toilet, bathtub, shower, and spot clean outside of cabinets/drawers
• Clean/dust surfaces such as end tables, coffee table, dining room table
• Vacuum carpets, hard floors, stairs
• Mop hard floors
• Empty trash cans (kitchen garbage only emptied if full)
