Commercial clean
A general maintenance clean scheduled on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly). A deep clean may be required prior to scheduling a basic recurring clean.
• High and low dusting as needed
• Dust window sills and ledges as needed
• Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures as needed
• Clean mirrors
• Sanitize door handles and light switches
• Clean break room appliances on the outside (microwave is cleaned on the inside as well), countertop, stovetop, sink, and spot clean outside of cabinets/drawers
• Clean bathroom counter, mirror, sink, toilet, and spot clean outside of cabinets/drawers
• Clean/dust surfaces such as desks, counters, tables
• Vacuum carpets, hard floors, stairs
• Mop hard floors
• Restock toiletries, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers (consumables provided by client)
• Empty trash cans
